How can I pay?
We offer two payment options: PayPal
and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
- PayPal is owned by eBay and processes Credit card payments. We recommend
PayPal for invoices up to EUR 1000.00.
- A T/T is carried out by the client instructing their Bankers to pay
the required amount to our bank account.
All costs in connection with a Telegraphic Transfer must be borne by
the client if the invoice value is less than EUR 1000.00.
What nationalities are your translators?
- We work with translators based in several countries. Our policy is
that the target language must be the translator's native language.
What qualifications do your translator's
possess?
- The majority of our translators are either language students in their
senior term or university graduates.
Why are your prices lower than those of
other translation companies?
- We work hard to keep our overheads as low as possible. The savings
achieved convert to lower rates for our clients.
How long have you been on the market?
- We have been working in this field since 1985.

Do you translate websites?
Would you be prepared to sign a Non Disclosure
Agreement?
- Yes, client confidentiality is very high on our list of priorities
and we are happy to sign Non Disclosure Agreements.
